As part of its continued expansion, Bulkhaul (USA) Inc. have designed a purpose-built state of the art depot, maintenance and ISO tank cleaning facility in Pasadena, Texas to service the demands of their increasing global fleet and to provide a world class facility to the local chemical industry.

The Role:

As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and compliance of all site facilities. This includes managing the upkeep of buildings, infrastructure, and essential mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs across the entire site, including workshops, office facilities, and groundskeeping.

· Diagnose and resolve all faults, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

· Conduct regular site inspections to identify and prevent potential issues.

· Coordinate and manage external contractors for specialist maintenance work.

· Oversee building security, fire safety, and emergency systems.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.

· Work with management to identify site improvements to enhance efficiency and safety

Core Skills/Attributes:

· Proven experience in a facilities engineering or maintenance role covering multiple buildings.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

· Ability to work independently and proactively manage maintenance tasks.

· Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

· Relevant technical qualifications in engineering, building maintenance, or facilities management (preferred).
